Global Art Daily: (AUH/DXB) 101 is a new art market platform launched last August in Abu Dhabi. With a pop-up exhibition and auction sale model, 101 sells works from non-represented artists based in the United Arab Emirates. Since its launch, 101 has gathered attention from institutional players throughout the country and clearly filled a gap in the local contemporary art market, as the success of its inaugural sale can attest.
